Tron (TRX) founder Justin Sun, who draws attention with his altcoin investments, commented on the recent discussions regarding the Ethereum Foundation sales and management. In a long post from the X account, Justin Sun wrote that if Ethereum and the Ethereum Foundation were managed by him, he could take Ethereum (ETH) to $10,000. Sun also listed what he will do for the Ethereum Foundation and ETH, and wrote that his first job in the first week will be to stop ETH sales. Sun outlined four main actions he would take if he were to run the Ethereum Foundation: “Immediately stop ETH sales and optimize revenue, impose heavy taxes on layer-2 solutions, simplify the Ethereum Foundation's operations, and adjust rewards and fee burns.” “The Ethereum Foundation will immediately cease selling ETH for at least three years. Operational costs will be covered through AAVE lending, staking returns, and stablecoin borrowing. This ensures that the ETH supply remains intact, aligns with our deflationary goals, and strengthens market confidence. Significant taxes will be imposed on all Layer 2 projects, ensuring that Ethereum generates at least $5 billion in taxes per year. All taxes collected will be used to buy back ETH and burn it in a completely decentralized manner. ….” Justin Sun stated that with the changes and plans he proposed, all resources will be devoted to Ethereum reaching $10,000 by prioritizing scalability, security, and adoption. At this point, Sun added that if these steps are taken, he expects the ETH price to exceed $4,500 within the first week and lay the foundations for its long-term success.
